ALTHOUGH well-known to the movie public, Warner Baxter is one of the stars who have won their greatest fame since the coming of the talkies. Born in Columbus, Ohio, March 29, 1891, he graduated from Ohio State University, and then went on the stage where he played for twelve years. In 1921 he entered pictures and for years was a dependable leading man. He became immensely popular in "In Old Arizona," first outdoor talkie. Warner is 5 feet, 11 inches, and weighs 165. He married Winifred Bryson, an actress, in New York City, in 1917.
